Try it out with zero risk

With this zero risk plan, you can try out what it's like to have the benefits of a virtual personal trainer by your side.

This plan is great if you have the motivation but just need some structure and accountability.

  • Discovery call includes everything from goal setting, nutrition guidance and fitness assessment

  • Personalized Fitness Plan with up to 7 custom workouts 


Customized Virtual Fitness Coaching

Your Virtual Personal Trainer

This individualized 1-1 fitness plan will give you the knowledge & motivation you need to achieve your goals and maintain them. 

This is a great option if you've tried to achieve your goals on your own and fell short or were not able to sustain desired results long-term.

  • Personalized Fitness Plan include whole year of planning

  • Bi-weekly 1-1 progress reviews throughout the term

A Bit About Me

My name is Sharyl Jones. I am a mom of three, a daughter, sister, step daughter, step sister, friend and colleague.  Iam passionate about Fitness and Wellness. I've been teaching group fitness classes for 9 years and have been practicing and refining my personal training for the last year and a half.  My Mission is to help you BE your Best Self and LIVE your Best Life.
