Individualized, private coaching and education will give you the guidance, motivation and knowledge you need to achieve your goals and maintain them long term.  

Your fitness plan is customized to you and is a great option is you've tried to achieve your goals on your own and fell short or were not able to sustain the long-term.

  • Detailed Fitness Plans to meet your goals

  • Workouts to achieve your goals

Virtual Fitness Coaching

Your Fitness Plan - Made Easy

My virtual fitness plan option is great if you have the motivation but just need some structure and accountability.

Included in this option:

  • One 1-1 Meeting:  to get to know you and your goals

  • One fitness plan: Maps out your journey. A fitness plan includes weekly exercise plan and an accountability plan

  • Unlimited Virtual Group Fitness classes

My name is Sharyl Jones. I am a mom of three, a daughter, sister, step daughter, step sister, friend and colleague.  Iam passionate about Fitness and Wellness.
